Foreign tourists are now allowed to marry in the City of Buenos Aires, thanks to a resolution passed in May 2012. Both straight and same-sex couples can get married with just a few days' notice. If one or both partners are not fluent in Spanish they will be required to be assisted by a locally chartered translator. We will be happy to provide this service.
